The writer of this blog, Sharon Peterson, is extremely knowledgeable about food preservation/home canning. Sharon is the author of Simply Canning Guide and teaches food preservation classes, as well. In this blog post, Sharon tells us the experience that her assistant had when using Harvest Guard Reusable Canning Lids. She explains what Harvest Guard Reusable Canning Lids are and how they are different from traditional canning lids. She then briefly explains the process of using them and then lists some pros and cons of Harvest Guard Reusable Canning Lids. She even throws in some of her tips and tricks for general canning.
