I was so pleased with these lids, that I immediately ordered more. I am concerned that the canning lid shortage may well last into 2021.

She has written cookbooks, canning books, and other various topics, articles for magazines, all while maintaining a homestead, 2 children, and her marriage. Kristina is relatable to her readers by describing her worries as she entered the reusable canning lid world, but quickly puts her readers at ease at they go through the process, step-by-step, with her. She not only writes it all on her blog, but she uploaded a video on YouTube that is linked on this blog post.
